A Cincinnati man is dead after a single-vehicle crash.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the driver of a 2003 BMW 745I went off the right side of the road, striking a fence and tree. He was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Sadly, his 47-year-old passenger did not survive; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Both men were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. The investigation is ongoing, but it is believed that alcohol and/or drugs were factors.
The details of this fatal crash won’t be known until the investigation is complete. In the meantime, the family of the deceased man will struggle to pick up the pieces and move on. An experienced attorney can help them understand their litigation options and rights to seek compensation for their loss.
Justice usually takes time, often years. By the time the family is able to see the settlement, they may have a mountain of unpaid bills. Applying for litigation funding is often the perfect solution.
Litigation funding is a lawsuit cash advance to help plaintiffs that have nowhere else to turn. While typically used to pay funeral expenses, medical expenses, regular monthly bills and other necessary expenses, there are no restrictions on how a lawsuit cash advance is used.
Applying for funding is easy online or over the phone. Funding decisions are based on the strength of the case; there is no need for a credit check, employment verification, monthly payments, or upfront fees. Once approved, cash can be available within 24 – 48 hours via check or wire transfer. Best of all, litigation funding is repaid only upon a successful settlement. If the plaintiff does not receive a favorable cash settlement, there is no obligation to pay back the cash advanced.
If you believe litigation funding could help you survive during the pursuit of your personal injury or wrongful death claim, you owe it to yourself to contact Lawsuit Financial, a direct lender for litigation funding.
