Man Dead after Fiery Auto Accident Caused by Drunk Driver

A man was the victim of a fatal auto accident caused by a drunk driver. The 43-year-old husband, and father of a two-year-old, was on his way home from work when the driver of pick-up truck rear-ended his Nissan Pathfinder. The Nissan exploded into flames trapping the man inside. He was pronounced dead at the scene; the driver of the pick-up escaped unharmed.
According to witnesses, the driver of the truck was speeding and driving erratically before slamming into the Nissan. It was later determined that the truck driver had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit.

This appears to be a very strong wrongful death case against a grossly negligent driver. The victims’ family should immediately seek counsel from an experienced auto accident attorney who can help obtain fair and just compensation for their loss, including funeral and burial costs, loss of income, loss of care and companionship, and other accident-related damages. Once a lawsuit is filed, settlement could be years away. In the meantime, the family must not only cope with the loss of a loved one, but quite possibly financial struggles especially if the deceased was the sole bread winner.

To help pay the mortgage, funeral and burial expenses, daily household bills, and other financial obligations, the family can apply for pre-settlement funding. Because pre-settlement lawsuit funding is a non-recourse cash advance, if the family loses the case, repaying the advance would be completely excused; repayment is only made if the plaintiff wins the case. Applying for funding is easy via phone or online; if approved funds can be available within 24 – 48 hours.

Suffering injuries or the loss of a loved one is enough of a hardship; don’t succumb to a financial hardship as well. Lawsuit Financial can help relieve the financial pressure to settle too early for too little. We will provide fast cash so you can pay your bills and wait repayment out of your case.
