Father and Son Killed In Horrific Crash

A horrific crash left a father and son dead and a woman seriously injured in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

According to police, a Saturn driven by the father turned left into the path of an SUV driven by the woman. Both vehicles had a green light. When police arrived the Saturn was on fire and the SUV was resting on its roof. All three people involved in the crash had to be extricated. The son was pronounced dead at the scene. The father died a short time later at the hospital.

Witnesses said that the intersection is dangerous and has been the site of multiple accident. Recently, a left turn lane was added in both directions, but people in the area say it is still not enough.

An investigation is still underway, including whether or not the driver of the SUV was speeding. In the meantime, family members of the deceased may wish to consult an experienced attorney. If a lawsuit is pursued, the family can include lifetime loss of earnings, funeral expenses, pain and suffering, and loss of companionship.

Seeking compensation can take a long time as their attorney looks into driver negligence, as well as whether the roadway was knowingly dangerous. Proving that a road caused an accident can be a challenge. Investigation of the accident site and its history requires substantial attorney work, expense, and expertise. But successful cases not only benefit the client: they directly force changes in dangerous conditions that can save lives – changes that might not otherwise occur at all.

Lawsuit Financial understands that auto accident lawsuits can take months, even years to settle and many people are on a fixed income and won’t have enough money to keep the case going. Rather than a plaintiff struggling financially during an already difficult time, we can offer a non-recourse cash advance, known as litigation funding.

Litigation funding is a viable choice for cash-strapped plaintiffs because it can help meet living expenses, pay for funeral and burial expenses, pay the rent or mortgage, and cover other daily needs. There is no need for credit or employment checks or monthly payments, and repayment is made only after case settlement. If the case is lost, repayment of the cash advance is waived.

Our application take five minutes to complete and funding approvals can be made within 24 – 48 hours, provided we receive the necessary case documentation to determine case strength and make a funding decision. The only time we are repaid is one the case successfully settles. If the case is lost, the repayment is waived.

If you have a viable wrongful death case and are represented by an attorney, and if you need a way to handle the enormous financial impact following a fatal auto accident, contact Lawsuit Financial or complete our online application. We are happy to provide a complimentary evaluation of your case.
